CCU is sole owner of 13 cooperative companies – commercial entities which over the last few years have been implementing large-scale investment and product strategies. CCU is a shareholder of Hanover COOP Bulgaria Insurance Joint-stock Company, Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Bulgaria AD, Sovbulcoop AD and two privatisation holdings – COOP – Yug AD and Severcoop – Gamza AD. The Central Cooperative Union has been awarded twice with the prize "National structure contributing to the economic development of Bulgaria".
